Bandit Dream Interpretation
From a symbolic point of view a bandit is not like a thief. The latter is characterized by stealing the property of others, while the figure of the bandit (mythologized as the legendary character who lives in the woods) has a positive reading since it embodies the vigilante who steals from the rich to give to the poor. Thus, the bandit often represents a hidden force trying to restore justice within the subject who is normally forced to comply with excessive rules and dispositions. The oneiric aggression of bandits reveals, to the female dreamer, an unconscious fear about her sexuality, warning her it is too inhibited, suppressed, or—on the contrary—burgeoning or insatiable.
It is a typical reversed dream that portends the opposite of what you dream, that is, safety and security.
